Can I return items if they aren't right for my students?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened products. If a teaching aid doesn't meet your classroom needs, simply initiate a return through your account portal.
Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs) from educational institutions?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select 'Purchase Order' as your payment method. Please note that orders will be held until the official signed PO is uploaded or emailed to our billing department.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
